Our Policies & Other Stuff

Here's where you'll find all you need to know about Sticks'n Stones, our merchandise and our policies. Please read the following before contacting us with any questions - your answer is probably here!

Merchandise
All our garments are 100% combed soft cotton (because our kids deserve it!) AND totally sweatshop-free!

Sizing
With the exception of our onesies, our awesome kids' stuff fits a little snug. If you're unsure of which size to order, choose one size larger. Hoodies fit especially small - my girl is 2 years old and wears a size 4 hoody comfortably. Feel free to contact me if you have any additional questions about sizing and I'll be happy to help!

Garment Care
Wash your tees and accessories inside out, preferably in cold water, and never iron the transfer image.

Shipping
Orders are processed Monday through Friday and all items are subject to availability - I'll let you know if an item on your order is out of stock and how long it'll be. Please allow 1-2 business days for order processing, before your package is shipped. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping fees are based on your order's value and destination.

Returns/Exchanges
All sales are final on clearance and sale merchandise.

Clothing can be exchanged or returned but not if the product has been worn or shows visible signs of wear, mmmkay? If an exchange is needed, you'll be charged for the new order and then credited when Sticks'n Stones receives the original merchandise back.

Sorry, original shipping cost is not reimbursed on returns or exchanges.

There is no restocking fee on returned items. A full refund will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods.

Please contact us, including your transaction number, in order to arrange a refund/exchange before you ship anything.
